This is a representation of your own enterprise. It is positioned in the middle of the framework as this is the core perspective the main focus.
The key relationship to Customer represents the value that your organisation is delivering and in return you receive revenues.
- Enterprise Architecture
This component represents the documented artefacts of your organisation either as an AS-IS or in a To-Be state. Visualization is a very important to understand complex dependencies.
Every transition needs to be managed and governed hence this component is placed outside the organisation. Another reason is that in multi-national organisations one Transition team will manage couple of organisational change projects.
