Herrala (2007, 43) identified sixteen information-quality attributes, grouped these attributes into a hierarchical structure that shows the impact of poor quality data and information (see table 2).
The value of information is in the eyes of the one using it. The attributes and components listed in the table 2 are highly subjective and depend on an end-user point of view, in which the question arises, what data fulfils the good-quality criteria?
