Various factors such as Competition, External Requirements, Regulations, Trends needs to be considered in a transformation. - Organisation
This is a representation of your own enterprise. It is positioned in the middle of the framework as this is the core perspective the main focus. - Relationships
The key relationship to Customer represents the value that your organisation is delivering and in return you receive revenues. - Enterprise Architecture
This component represents the documented artefacts of your organisation either as an AS-IS or in a To-Be state. Visualization is a very important to understand complex dependencies. - Transition
Every transition needs to be managed and governed hence this component is placed outside the organisation. Another reason is that in multi-national organisations one Transition team will manage couple of organisational change projects.
